Who we are

Information collected and why

• Contact inquiries: name, email, optional phone, buying/selling interest, and message, to respond to your request.
• Showing requests: contact details, selected properties, and optional scheduling notes, to arrange a conversation or showing.
• Buyer and seller questionnaires: contact details and the answers you choose to provide, including home preferences, budget, property details, goals, and timing, to prepare for your consultation.
• Technical information: our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and errors to deliver and protect the website.
• Blog editors: verified account identity and editor access are used to protect the private workspace. Article drafts and uploaded photos are stored through Lovable Cloud; only published articles and their attached photos are available to visitors. Google or Lovable handles editor sign-in under its own privacy terms.
• Browser storage: saved property identifiers and privacy choices stay in your browser. Security or session storage may also be used by the website platform.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords, or identification documents.

Service providers and disclosures

Submitted forms are stored through Lovable Cloud. Questionnaire notifications may be delivered to Bianca by our email service. Service providers process information to host, secure, and operate the website. Information may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Google manages appointment availability, booking details, and confirmations when you choose its booking service. Embedded Google content loads only after you allow it. Opening a direct Google link leaves this website and is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Advertising and retargeting

No advertising tags are connected yet, so this website is not currently sending visitor activity to Google Ads or Meta for retargeting. Separate advertising choices are available in preparation for a future connection. Allowing Google booking content does not authorize advertising.

If connected after an updated notice, advertising may share browser identifiers, IP address, device information, and page visits with Google or Meta to measure ads and show Guided Keys ads again on other websites or apps. This may constitute sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Questionnaire answers, contact details, budgets, and booking details are not included in this planned website-visitor advertising setup. No customer-list uploads or matching are enabled.

Cookies, tracking, and browser signals

Advertising and optional Google content are blocked by default worldwide. Global Privacy Control blocks both even if previously allowed. Do Not Track signals do not change essential processing. Use the footer’s Privacy choices or cookie policy to refuse or withdraw optional permission at any time, including opting out of future advertising sharing.

Advertising choices are stored on your device with a random visitor reference, decision time, notice text and version, and prior decisions so withdrawal does not erase acceptance evidence. Region is currently unresolved; no location lookup or advertising transmission is performed. These records are not sent to an advertising provider. Future advertising connections require an updated notice and renewed permission. Withdrawal stops future permitted activity, but cannot erase information a third party already received.

Retention and security

Privacy choices and saved homes remain in your browser until changed or cleared. Submitted inquiries are not automatically deleted by this website. Contact Bianca to request deletion; business records may need to be kept to respond to your inquiry, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

California privacy requests

You may contact Bianca to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted. Depending on whether California privacy laws apply to the business, you may have additional rights to know, portability, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and receive nondiscriminatory treatment. This website does not determine whether the business meets the CCPA’s coverage thresholds.

Children and changes

The website is intended for adults seeking real estate services, not children under 13. If a child submitted information, contact Bianca to request removal. Material changes to this notice will be posted here with an updated date.
